I was originally called to people management by a desire to help my peers be the best versions of themselves, and even after many years, I continue to find a great deal of fulfillment in helping people grow and make sense of their careers. I typically work with senior data professionals and leaders on subjects like developing executive presence, defining company data strategy, growing and positioning teams, and navigating role transitions, but I have coached across a variety of subjects, including operating an independent consultancy.
